Jerry Vanderzanden
is LICAC's Secretary, and a principal in WSLV, LLC, providing insurance analytics and associated consulting services. Jerry is also a credentialed, fully licensed insurance professional and a Certified Insurance Fiduciary®. Jerry’s firm provides risk management and insurance solutions on behalf of financial advisors.
Before launching his firm, Jerry led the life insurance division of a large national insurance marketing organization in Sacramento, overseeing a credentialed team of professionals on the cutting edge of Life, Disability and Long-Term Care insurance planning solutions. Jerry has over 35 years of experience in financial services with retail, wholesale and executive positions at major broker-dealers and life insurance companies in roles which spanned a wide range of areas such as distribution and marketing management, product management, operations, and advanced markets.
Jerry is a longtime member of Finseca (formerly known as the Association for Advanced Life Underwriting). He serves on the board and is the immediate past president of The Golden Gate Chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals, and he holds professional designations as a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) from the American College. He has FINRA Series 7, 24, 63 registrations, is an investment advisor representative, and a licensed life and health insurance agent.
